Are you looking for a contemporary twist on a classic dish?
South Caernarfon Creameries is now offering a market first - a Spreadable Welsh Rarebit that will provide restaurants, hotels and catering establishments with provenance, quality and versatility. The product couldn't get more Welsh; it is made in Wales, using Welsh milk, Welsh beer and Welsh mustard to give a truly authentic flavour. This new product also doesn't have to be reserved just as a delicious topping for toast. Its versatility means it can be used as an ingredient in starters or main courses. The new spreadable cheese can be smothered and baked on top of steaks, chicken and even smoked fish or stirred into potatoes to make a creamy, cheesy mash. It can even be heated and used as a cheese fondue.
