Krisprolls from Pågen are addressing the need for consumers to grab a quick bite with a healthy benefit
New research shows that a lunch 'hour' for an office worker typically lasts just 19 minutes and 42 seconds, which makes convenience a top priority. Krisprolls from Pågen are addressing the need for consumers to grab a quick bite with a healthy benefit. Free from additives and preservatives, Krisprolls contains nearly ten per cent of fibre and only one per cent of saturated fat. Available in three flavours, the newest addition to the range is Cranberry and Blueberry, which offer a sweet flavour that is high in fibre and anti-oxidants. They contain no added sugar and the 200g bags contain ten per cent of dried fruit, which is the equivalent to nearly 44g of fresh fruit.
The Food Chain test panel thought these new Krisprolls were very tasty. "Not as hard as I feared and the fruit offers a really nice addition to the flavour," said one tester. "With a little butter these are very tasty and make a change from the usual sandwich option," was another.
