The Beer Kitchen is a unique new range of beers from family brewers Wadworth Co Ltd.
Created specifically for the fine dining arena, they are a range of premium 330ml bottled ales conceived in order to complement food, and designed to sit comfortably on any table top.
The intensely flavoured beers have been carefully developed to appeal to discerning palates seeking new taste experiences or as an alternative to wine at the dinner table. Each of the five ales has a very distinct character that has been developed to perfectly match certain foods, but will also serve as a stand-alone drink, either as an aperitif or as a post meal tipple.
“We have used the very best ingredients to create these beers, and will continue to brew them in small batches to ensure that they retain their unique handmade qualities,” explains head brewer Brian Yorston. “Each beer is the result of a brewer’s personal quest to perfect a flavour that he has dreamt up and endorsed. Creating such special beers is truly a labour of love.”
The new beers come in a range of flavours: Wheat Beer, IPA, Orange Peel Beer, Whisky Barrel Aged Premium Bitter and Espresso Stout.

The tester of these beers is a man of few words, but he did manage ‘good’, ‘delicious’ for the India Pale Ale and even ‘outstanding’ for the Espresso Stout. The rest of the team were impressed with the packaging and one noted they’d make a very interesting present for a beer lover or gourmet, given their individuality
