The team at The Bay Tree Food Company has added a whole new batch of Cooking Sauces to its range.
Three new Curry Sauces including Korma, Tikka Masala and Vindaloo, have been produced using authentic ingredients such as roasted whole and ground spices, coconut milk and chillies.
“Our new sauces are the direct result of talking to our customers – especially farm shops with great butchery counters. We know that people want to buy sauces, which have as much flavour and provenance as well reared meat and poultry,” explained Lucie Lewis, joint founder and owner of The Bay Tree Food Company.
The Food Chain tester in this case has high standards for Vindaloo sauce and the Bay Tree Food Company did not let her down. She reported: “The Vindaloo sauce was as spicy as is to be expected from a Vindaloo (unlike others I have tried that have been very disappointing). This sauce was really, really tasty and satisfying. The sauce really stood out, and I would have it again tomorrow!”
