Celebrity hairdresser Nicky Clarke and Rosanna, head cook at Jamie’s Ministry of Food Stratford, are working together with chefs, nutritionists and food lovers around Britain to support Recipe Tree, a new food-loving concept from Olive Branch, the ultra-low-acidity Cretan olive oil producer.
Recipe Tree is a recipe campaign designed to increase knowledge and understanding of using good quality olive oil in cooking and showcases the exceptional flavour properties of single-varietal Olive Branch Olive Oil.
Every Monday morning from March 19th until the end of 2012, a new recipe, which incorporates Olive Branch Olive Oil, will arrive in your inbox. Anyone can sign up to receive these recipes by simply submitting their email address on the Olive Branch website:www.myolivebranch.co.uk.
Olive Branch olive oil is a single varietal, 100 per cent natural olive oil that is cold-pressed solely from Koroneiki olives. The Team found it to be quite lemony, with a rich flavour, and hints of nuttiness and pepper. “I used it several times in salad dressing and found it wasn’t overpowering, but had enough of a distinctive taste to really be worth using,” was one comment.
