Traditional Methods Of Preparing Spaghetti
Spaghetti is a loved dish among all, and there are plenty of ways to make it. One can eat Spaghetti in different ways according to taste and purpose. Spaghetti is not really advised for people who are willing to lose weight; however, some specific methods of preparing Spaghetti are useful in controlling body weight alongside supplying healthy nutrients.

To begin with the cuisine, boil the Spaghetti and drain out the water. Add half a bar of butter to the pan and let it melt. Once smooth, add chopped garlic and stir. When a fried smell of garlic is experienced, add milk and mix the batter. Let it boil and make a thick sauce. Add cheese and mix well.
When the batter thickens, add the boiled Spaghetti and toss well. Add in some parsley, oregano, and black pepper to savor the taste and serve hot. This is a high-calorie recipe and must not be consumed if weight loss is the purpose.
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
One of the authentic Italian cuisines lists Spaghetti Aglio e Olio as the most loved traditional dishes of Italy. With ascending generations, the recipe of Spaghetti Aglio e Olio has gone through many modifications, but the authentic taste is brought by a simple recipe.
The primary ingredients required are olive oil, garlic cloves, black pepper, red chili flakes, Italian parsley, and finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. To make the cuisine, mix olive oil and garlic cloves in a cold skillet and cook it until brown in medium heat.
Toss the boiled Spaghetti with red chili flakes and black pepper and keep it aside. Mix the Spaghetti and the olive oil with the heat turned off. Add salt according to taste. Mix it well and add parsley and cheese. Serve after sprinkling the remaining cheese.
Spaghetti with Carrot Meatballs
Another traditional Italian cuisine is Spaghetti with carrot meatballs. This is a delicious dish that needs more time and effort to cook. The primary ingredients consist of beef, pork, carrots, onion, garlic, pesto, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, celery, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
To begin the cooking, saute sliced onions in olive oil and add tomato paste and garlic. Make a thick sauce and keep it aside. Following this, prepare a puree of onion, carrot, celery, and garlic in the mixer. To make the meatballs, mix beef, pork, half of the pesto, and sauteed onions, breadcrumbs, egg, and parmesan and create rounded meatballs.
Brown the meatballs in a pan and take them out. In the same pot, add the initially prepared puree, vegetable, salt, and pepper and mix well until a thick sauce is made. Toss the Spaghetti and meatball together in the pot and serve hot.
