You can consider filter coffee as basically a preventive tool. However, it is important to control your intake and not drink too much. If you are limiting yourself to two cups a day, there should not be any issues. Try drinking only back filter coffee so that the benefits are not canceled out when you add milk, cream, or sugar.

It showed that women who were consuming 4 cups of coffee every day were 20 percent less likely to suffer from depression.
